BSS911 is an emergency SMS PANIC button, enabling you and your family members to instantly notify the BSS CONTROL CENTRE, your neighbours, friends and family that you are in urgent need of assistance at the touch of a button. An armed response unit will be sent to your physical registered address.

In an emergency, a BSS911 member presses the speed dial button on his/her cellphone. The call rings 3 times at the BSS911 Control Room and is then disconnected (no charge).
The BSS911 system then instantly notifies (via SMS) all the member’s nominated alert recipients and the BSS Monitoring Centre simultaneously that he/she needs urgent help. The BSS Monitoring Centre will contact the client and send out a response vehicle on request to deal with any emergency situation*
You can choose between the following BSS service options:
1. Pre-Paid Panic (PPP) there will be a startup fee of R 400.00 per client. This will give you 2 armed response call outs from BSS911. A monthly fee of R 65.00 per month per client. As soon as a panic is received you have to top up your account with R200.00. *
2. A cost of R 199 per month will give a GSM Panic button with full armed reaction to your premises. If you want to link an alarm system to the reaction there will be an admin fee of R 70.00 per month and a startup fee of R 1999.99.
BSS911 disconnects the call and using caller ID, identifies the member and sends an emergency SMS to all listed recipients
